● This pose is great for relieving pressure from the legs. It also helps prevent varicose veins and cramps. This pose strengthens the pelvic floor and abdomen organs. It helps reduce anxiety & stress headaches. It has been proven to work well in fixing digestive and menstruation disorders.
● Begin by lying down on the floor with your feet together and legs engaged. Spread your toes and extent the foot towards you. Either place your hands next to your hip on the floor or under your hip for extra support or stretch your hands out behind your head.
● Variation 1
(One Leg) INHALE, raise the right leg 90 degrees, EXHALE and release. Repeat a few times and flow with your breath.
● Variation 2 (Both Legs) INHALE raise both legs up 90 degree, EXHALE and release. Repeat a few times and flow with your breath.
