Sprouts Extravaganza: Your Daily Dose of Essential Nutrients
Ingredients:
- ½ cup mixed bean sprouts (steamed)
- 3 tbsp puffed rice
- 2tbsp steamed non gmo organic corn
- 2 tbsp grated raw carrot
- 2 tbsp grated raw beet
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped cucumber
- *1/2 tbsp green chutney
- *1 tbsp tamarind date sweet chutney
- ½ lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of chaat masala
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
