Patrani Macchi: A Healthy Persian Cuisine for PCOS
Ingredients:
Mackerel-100g
Coriander- 30g
Mint leaves- 10g
Green chilly-1/2 small
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Ginger, Garlic paste- ½ tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Salt- As per taste
Lemon- ½ no.
Haldi leaves-for wrapping
Method of Preparation:
- Clean the fish completely.
- Make a paste of the greens,Mustard and chilli, add to it the ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Stuff fish with the paste in and around and squeeze lemon on it.
- Wrap the fish in Haldi leaf for it to get the flavour and aroma, and steam the fish wrapped in the leaf.
- Serve hot.
