Ingredients-
- Rolled Oats- 15g
- Roasted Chana Dal -10g
- Mustard seeds- 1/4 TSP
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 TSP
- Jeera- 1/2 TSP
- Sauf-1/2 Tsp
- Curry leaves- 3 to 4 no’s
- Green Chilli- 1/3 (Optional)
- Salt (To Taste)
- Oil- ½ Tsp
Method of preparation
- Dry roast the oats in a pan till its crisp on a medium flame
- Also dry roast the chana dal till its golden brown
- Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, jeera, sauf and curry leaves. Towards the end add turmeric and salt
- Add the roasted oats and chana dal to the seasoning and mix well
- Serve hot or cool it and store in an air tight container.
