Ingredients-

  1. Cauliflower florets -100g
  2. Kidney beans- 50g (Soaked)
  3. Red pepper- 10g
  4. Yellow pepper- 10g
  5. Capsicum -10g
  6. Broccoli- 20g
  7. Spring onion -20g
  8. Chili flakes- (To taste)
  9. Garlic -1 TSP (Minced)
  10. Black pepper- 1/4 TSP
  11. Salt -To taste
  12. Olive oil -1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Pressure cook kidney beans giving 3 to 4 whistles.
  2. Boil cauliflower florets and then grate them.
  3. Chop all vegetables finely.
  4. Heat a sauce pan and add olive oil, put minced garlic and saute for few seconds.
  5. Add all vegetables and saute them on high flame for few minutes.
  6. Now add cauliflower and kidney beans and top it with salt, chili flakes, oregano and black pepper.
  7. Saute for few minutes over high flame and serve hot.
