Herbal Tea: A Warm Cup of Herbs to Keep PCOS Away
Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 2 stalks of lemon grass leaves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 8-10 basil leaves
- 1 handful mint leaves
- ½ inch ginger crushed
- ½ tsp muelthi powder
- 1 tsp methi seeds
Method:
- In a vessel, add the water and all the ingredients and boil till the water reduces to 2 cups
- You can add 2 tsp raw honey/ jaggery syrup for a bit of sweetness.
- Drink warm or cool in the fridge and enjoy cold!!
