Dal Chila: A Healthy Replacement to your Regular Roti

Ingredients:

4 tbsp moong dal atta

Water

1 tbsp chopped onions

1 tbsp chopped tomato

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1 green chilli Salt

Red chilli Coriander

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except water.
  2. Then add water to make a dosa batter consistency.
  3. On a tawa, rub a potato and then pour the batter and cover it with a cover for 2-3 minutes till it cooks in the steam.
  4. Flip on the other side and cook till done.
