Ingredients-
- Barnyard Millet- 25g
- Rava -15g
- Sour curd- 50g
- Low fat paneer- 20g
- Pumkin (Shredded) -20g
- Chopped coriander- 2 TSP
- Chopped onion -1/2
- Jeera powder -1/2 TSP
- Asafoetida- 1/4 TSP
- Green Chilli- 1/2 (Optional)
- Salt -To taste
- Chaat Masala -To taste
- Oil -1 TSP
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl, soak millets with Rava in sour curd for 3 to 4 hours
- Now add all chopped vegetables, paneer, salt, jeera, asafoetida
- , chopped green chilli to it
- On a dosa pan of cast iron, spread little oil using silicone brush
- Put a ladder full of the batter and spread it, brush the layer with little oil and cook till crisp
- Sprinkle little chaat masala over it and serve hot with green chutney.
