Ingredients-

  1. Ragi flour- 10g
  2. Jowar flour- 10g
  3. Rava -10g
  4. Egg -1 no
  5. Milk (Cow) -100ML
  6. Spinach (Chopped)- 20g
  7. Coriander (Chopped)- 5g
  8. Kashmiri chili powder -1/4 TSP
  9. Salt -To taste
  10. Olive oil -1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep bowl soak Ragi, Jowar and Rava in milk for an hour.
  2. Add vegetables, egg, all masalas with salt and beat it up well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour this batter into it.
  4. Keep on slow flame till its crisp from the base, then flip it.
  5. Cook evenly on both the sides till golden brown and serve hot.
