Benefits

Green moong, masoor and chana dal in combination gives good quality protein. Also the glycemic index of the dish is low which is useful in PCOS

Ingredients-

  1. Green moong dal- 20g
  2. Masoor dal -15g
  3. Chana dal- 15g
  4. Jeera- 1 TSP
  5. Coriander seeds- 1/2 TSP
  6. Ginger- 1 Small pc
  7. Garlic -2 to 3 cloves
  8. Green Chilli (Optional)- 1/3
  9. Turmeric powder -1/4 TSP
  10. Salt -To taste
  11. Veg oil 1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Soak all the dals in water for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. In a mixer pot add the soaked dals along with all the above ingredients.
  3. Grind by adding little water to make medium thick batter.
  4. Spread a ladle full of batter on flat cast iron hot plate.
  5. Spread little oil using silicone brush over the adai.
  6. Cook till its crisp at the base and leaves the hot plate.
  7. Serve hot with nutri chutney
