Benefits

Ingredients-
- Curry leaves- 2 Cups
- Ridge gourd peels- 2 cups
- Cucumber peels (Dark Green)- 2 Cups
- Green Garlic- 1/4 Cup
- Ginger- 1 small pc
- Green Chilli (Optional)- 1/2 Small
- Lemon- 1 No
- Jeera 1/2 TSP
- Salt -To Taste
Method of preparation
- Soak ridge gourd and cucumber for 2 to 3 hours to remove all the dirt and then wash it thoroughly and peel (Retain the peel for the chutney)
- Wash Curry leaves and garlic thoroughly.
- Add all the ingredients in a mixer with little water and blend.
- Store it in a refrigerator immediately and use only upto 2 to 3 days.
