Benefits
Semolina is a source of complex carbohydrate to give sustained release of energy for fat loss which is needed in PCOS
Ingredients-
- Semolina (Rava)- 20g
- Rolled Oats- 10g
- Curd -100g (3/4 small cup) from Cow’s Milk
- Shredded carrot -20g
- Capsicum -20g
- Coriander- 1 TBSP (Chopped)
- Salt – To Taste
- Green Chilli -1/2 (Optional)
- Chaat Masala – To Sprinkle
- Oil -1 TSP
Method of preparation
- Make a thick batter by mixing Rava, oats and curd in a bowl
- Add salt and chopped green chilli to it and set it aside for 30 to 40 mins
- Take a dosa pan and grease it with oil using a silicone brush
- Take a ladle full of batter and spread onto the pan
- Top it with shredded carrot and chopped capsicum
- Cook till the base is golden brown then flip and cook on the other side
- Sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve hot.
