Herbal Tea: A Warm Cup of Herbs to Keep PCOS Away

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 stalks of lemon grass leaves
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 8-10 basil leaves
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • ½ inch ginger crushed
  • ½ tsp muelthi powder
  • 1 tsp methi seeds

Method:

  1. In a vessel, add the water and all the ingredients and boil till the water reduces to 2 cups
  2. You can add 2 tsp raw honey/ jaggery syrup for a bit of sweetness.
  3. Drink warm or cool in the fridge and enjoy cold!!
