Vegetable Brown Fried Rice: Nutritious Recipe for PCOS
Ingredients
Brown rice- 20g
Bell pepper (Red and yellow) – 25 g
French beans- 15g
Cabbage-15g
Spring onion- 15g
Carrot- 15g
Oil-5g
Salt, White pepper powder- As per taste
Green chilly (Finely chopped )- 1 small
Method of preparation
- Prepare rice by adding water in a saucepan and boil it for 20- 30minutes. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes on medium flame.
- In another pan/skillet/ wok, heat vegetable oil on medium flame. Add chilly, Onion and other vegetables and stir fry on medium to high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and cooked rice. Cook for 1-2 minutes for it to mix well.
- Garnish with some spring onion and coriander.
- Serve hot.
