Caesar Chicken with Greens: A High Protein Recipe for PCOS
Ingredients:
Lean cuts of chicken-50g
Low fat paneer-20g
Lettuce-15g
Red onion-20g
Parsley (Chopped)-10g
Mint (Chopped)-10g
Olive oil-2tsp
Flax seeds-1tsp
Walnut-1 whole
Lemon juice-1tsp
Salt, Pepper, Oregano-As per taste
Method of Preparation:
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Make small cubes of Paneer.
- Chop all the vegetables medium size.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Serve fresh.
