An Exquisitely Fruity Parfait for PCOS
Ingredients:
Slim yogurt- 20g
Apple- 20g
Pomegranate- 20g
Chia seeds- 7.5g
Muesli- 10g
Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Soak chia seeds overnight and add it to a tall glass forming a bottom layer.
- Then put a layer of slim yogurt with little cinnamon powder added. Then a layer of fruit.
- Alternate the layers with yogurt and fruit and top it with crunchy muesli.
- Refrigerate and serve the chilled dessert.
