This recipe is very rich in good quality proteins called first class – Egg whites and hung curd. Also cereals pulses combination provides quality proteins easy to digest and assimilate.
Ingredients–
- Wheat flour- 20g
- Jowar flour- 10g
- Chana flour- 10g
- Egg whites- 2
- Onion- 20g
- Coriander- 5g
- Turmeric powder -1/4 TSP
- Black pepper 1/4 TSP
- Kashmiri chilli powder -To Taste
- Salt -To taste
- Olive oil- 1 TSP
Coleslaw
- Cabbage -30g
- Carrot- 30g
- Hung curd- 50g
- Black pepper- 1/4 TSP
- Salt -To taste
- Olive oil -1/2 TSP
Method of preparation
- Make a roti using Wheat, Jowar and Chana flour. Use warm water to knead medium soft dough and make a roti.
- Make an omlette of 2 egg whites adding onion, coriander, salt and masalas.
- Roll the omlette in the roti and serve with coleslaw .
Coleslaw
- Grate carrot and finely chop cabbage.
- In a deep bowl take hung curd, Add chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, olive oil
- Refrigerate it.
