Sweet potato and rolled oats are high on fibre, in combination with lean protein source like Fish forms a great breakfast option.
Ingredients–
- Steamed fish (Shredded)- 50g
- Sweet potato (Boiled)-50g
- Spinach (chopped)- 10g
- Rolled oats- 15g
- Mint (chopped)- 5g
- Black pepper- 1/4 TSP
- Chaat Masala- 1/4 TSP
- Garlic (minced)- 1/2 TSP
- Black pink salt -To taste
- Veg oil- 1 TSP
Method of preparation
- Grate sweet potato and mix it with chopped spinach and mint. Now add salt and all the masala with shredded fish.
- Mix the above ingredients and make small coin shapes out of it.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan and pan dry these coins both sides till its crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
