Ingredients–
- Fish (Shredded)- 50g
- Carrot- 20g
- Basil- 5g
- Multigrain bread (sides cut) -2 slices
- Jeera powder- 1/4 TSP
- Chili flakes- 1/4 TSP
- Salt-To taste
- Tomato ketchup- 1/2 TSP
Method of preparation
- Finely chop carrot and basil
- In a bowl mix fish, vegetables and all the other ingredients to form a stuffing.
- Take a slice of multigrain bread layer it with stuffing, place another slice and cut it into 2 triangles.
- Sandwich is ready to serve.
